Congratulations 

Congratulations to Charlie Whitsed

Old Girtonian Charlie Whitsed (class of 2022) has been accepted into an American College to continue swimming at a high level in the United States. The below statement is from Study & Play USA on Charlie's achievement: 

We are excited to report that Charlie has undertaken the exciting pathway to further their studies and sport at Davis & Elkins College. Study & Play USA, our family run organisation, feels privileged to have worked with Charlie, their family and Girton Grammar School. 

 

As you know, an essential part of an individual’s personal and professional success as they transition from schooling into the workforce is resilience and the ability to grow and prosper in an ever-changing world. We commend Girton Grammar School on providing Charlie with the opportunities to develop as a person, student and athlete.

We are so excited for Charlie on this wonderful achievement, and look forward to hearing more of his success as he begins his journey in the USA.
