World Environment Day

In celebration of World Environment Day, Boambee kids dressed in blue, white and green and over 200 students brought in waste-free lunchboxes! The Environment Club would like to thank our community for donating $261 to help fund future initiatives. Next waste-free Wednesday will be in Week 9, but please keep up your efforts to reduce plastic packaging every day.

Gardening Club

Boambee Public School now has Guinea Pigs in our garden. The children love them!

New Chickens

We have two new additions to our garden. Thank you to Bellinger River District Poultry Club for organising two new chickens for the school, generously donated by Josh from 

D & M Poultry. The students will have fun finding a fitting name for them.

Signing Club

Our students performed brilliantly in the Signing Choir category of the Coffs Harbour Choir Eisteddfod last week. A big thank you goes to Mrs Watson for all of your efforts in preparation for this performance. Well done to you all!
