Indigenous Literacy Day – Country is Our Teacher

On Wednesday 2 September, Kurunjang Secondary College celebrated Indigenous Literacy Day, embracing this year’s theme, “Country is Our Teacher.”

Students came together to participate in a range of mindful activities and enjoyed watching a special film released by the Indigenous Literacy Foundation. The day provided an opportunity for students to connect, reflect and learn about the importance of Country, culture and storytelling.
