Throughout the day, our students demonstrated tremendous passion, determination, and sportsmanship. They supported one another exceptionally well on the court and represented the College with pride and maturity. Spectators were treated to some outstanding basketball, including impressive three-point shooting, fast-paced transitions and strong team play. They should be extremely proud of their performances, and we look forward to seeing them continue to develop their skills in the years ahead.
A special thank you to our Year 10 students, Pippa, Alexis, Jenna and Sadie, who assisted with coaching throughout the tournament. We are also grateful to Grant O'Brien for his leadership as coach of the boys' team, Elia Ware for supporting both teams throughout the day, and Paul Rovere for safely transporting students to and from the event.
Congratulations to all students involved on a wonderful achievement and for representing St Mary MacKillop College so admirably.
