The entire school community is celebrating an extraordinary achievement by one of our own talented dancers. Congratulations to Milania F (Year 9), who was recently named the Advanced Foundation Winner at the highly prestigious Royal Academy of Dance Isobel Anderson Awards!

The journey to the top spot was an incredibly rigorous one. The competition began with 108 exceptional students from across the region taking part in the preliminary and semi-final rounds. Through her sheer talent and focus, Milania advanced to the elite top 10 finalists before ultimately capturing first place.

Hosted by the Royal Academy of Dance, the Isobel Anderson Awards are renowned for highlighting the very best in youth ballet, specifically honoring the deep commitment, passion, and artistry of RAD dancers. Milania’s spectacular performance, technique, and effortless grace on stage embodied those exact qualities.
