Dear Parents and Caregivers

The Murrumbeena community send huge congratulations to Diego W 9/10 boys, Jack B 11 boys and Mathias B 12/13 boys who recently were selected in the Beachside Cross Country team to go to the Southern Metro Cross Country.

On Tuesday 26 May at Bald Hill 7 runners represented MPS at the Beachside District Cross Country. The Beachside Cross Country brings together 68 public and private schools in the Beachside area with only the top 10 runners in each race qualifying to go the next stage. This Cross Country day is widely regarded as one of the toughest competitions in Melbourne. The State Cross Country is the final stage.

It is with great pride we wish Diego, Jack and Mathias the best of luck at the upcoming Southern Metro Cross Country to be held in Hastings on Wednesday the 17th of June.

BDS WINTER SPORTS FIXTURES AND TEAM TRAININGS

All coaches have agreed that an inclement weather policy will continue to be used for 2026. If it is raining there will be no training on that day. Please do not send your child to school early on these days as there will not be teacher supervision.
