BOOK FAIR

This year we will be hosting a Book Fair from Friday, 8 May (T2, W3) to Wednesday 13 May (T2, W4). Books for sale in the book fair are for students' own reading pleasure and are to be taken home. The following is a guide outlining how the fair will run:

Friday – all classes come to the fair. Children complete a wish list, writing down the titles of any books they would like to purchase. The wish list will go home, and children can discuss what books they would like to purchase with their families.

Payment for the book/s can be made online or children can pay cash on the day.

MondayGrandparents Day – the Book Fair will be open for grandparents to come to the library with their grandchildren to make purchases.

Tuesday – all classes come to the Fair and children collect or purchase their books.

Wednesday – Book Fair remains open for any child who would still like to make purchases.

The book fair will also be open before and after school : Monday – Wednesday (11 May – 13 May) and after school Friday, 8 May.

Book Fairs offer a way to encourage children to read for pleasure and provide access to hundreds of books for all interests and ages. Purchasing from the fair ensures we can gain more resources for our library, as a percentage of the total sales are given back to spend on books.  There will also be an opportunity for students to donate a book to the library if they would like to do so.
