Principals Report

We are thrilled to welcome two new teachers to our Year Three team, Ms. Darcie Marquis and Mr. Michael Peslis! Both teachers bring enthusiasm, experience, and a passion for education. They are eager to get to know our students and families and become a part of our wonderful Berwick Chase community. Please give them a warm welcome when you see them!

This morning, we also hosted our second Breakfast Club, and what a fantastic turnout we had! It was wonderful to see so many students and parents drop in to enjoy a healthy breakfast, great conversation, and a positive start to the day. 

The students were polite, friendly, and took the time to catch up with friends over a meal—what a fantastic way to build community!

A huge thank you to Food Bank for generously providing food each week and to our dedicated volunteers. If you’d like to help out on Fridays from 8:10 - 8:50 AM, please reach out to Allie at allie.miller@education.vic.gov.au. All volunteers require an up to date Working With Children Card.

We also hope to see you all at our second ‘Family Maths Night’.  Building on the success of last year’s Maths Night, this year we are ready to challenge everyone’s mathematical thinking and reasoning.  

There are prizes and awards for those competitive families, and we aim to make sure everyone can join in the fun and games.
