Trade Training Centre Days

The Trade Training Centre Days were held last week, with Cunderdin DHS and Quairading DHS coming on October 30 and Dowerin DHS and Wyalkatchem DHS on October 31. 

We set the day up so that students could work in Engineering and Furnishing, making a small project in each area. Students from the College assisted staff on the days and were a great help. I think they enjoyed being the instructors instead of students for a change.

We appreciated their help, and it made for a couple of enjoyable days for students and staff.

Year 11 

Year 11 students are trying to complete the final requirements for their Certificates for the year. It would be helpful for parents to discuss with their son/daughter how they are going to ensure all work is completed in a timely fashion. This will set them up well for Year 12 and it is great to see many students getting started on their projects.
