TeamKids Family Feedback Survey – 2 Minutes

TeamKids, our provider for Before School Care, After School Care and Holiday Programs, is seeking feedback from families in our school community. Your feedback will help TeamKids understand how the service is tracking, identify opportunities for improvement, and continue shaping a program that is engaging, enriching and responsive to the needs of our children and families.

Complete the TeamKids Family Survey here:  https://nam.dcv.ms/w4sAZivehG

Families are also encouraged to register with TeamKids, even if you do not currently use the service. Registering ensures your family is ready should you need Before School Care, After School Care or Holiday Program care in the future.

Thank you for taking a few minutes to share your feedback and support the ongoing development of our OSHC program.

Winter Warmer Day

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make ourWinter Warmer Day on Monday such a special occasion. It was wonderful to see our school community come together to support those in need while also taking time to reflect on the importance of gratitude.

Throughout the day, classes participated in outdoor learning experiences that encouraged students to appreciate the simple things we often take for granted. Spending time outside provided a meaningful opportunity to reflect on what we are grateful for, while connecting with nature and each other.

We would also like to congratulate our Junior School Council (JSC) for their outstanding organisation and leadership. Their hard work in planning and promoting Winter Warmer Day helped make the event a great success. Thank you to our JSC members for demonstrating initiative, compassion and a genuine commitment to supporting our community.

"Today 2B went outside, in our pyjamas. We were wearing our pyjamas because it was Winter Warmer Day. This day helps us understand that we should be grateful for lots of things like our warm beds, that we live in nice houses, that we have enough food and that we can wash our clothes whenever we need to. We collected stuff to help us think about why are grateful.  The rule was that the stuff we got had to fit in our pockets. Then we stood around the hill and told each other why we feel grateful."

It's hard to believe we are halfway through the school year. As we reach the end of Term 2, I would like to thank our students, staff and families for their contributions to another successful term.

Our students have worked hard, embraced opportunities and represented our school with pride. I congratulate them on their efforts and achievements both in and beyond the classroom.

Thank you to our dedicated staff for their ongoing commitment to student learning and wellbeing, and to our families for their continued support and partnership throughout the term.

As we head into the holiday break, I encourage everyone to take time to rest, recharge, and enjoy time with family and friends. I wish our entire school community a safe and enjoyable holiday and look forward to welcoming everyone back for Term 3.
