Specialist Celebration of Learning
Monday's Session 6 was a wonderful celebration of learning across our specialist subjects, with students proudly sharing their achievements alongside family and friends.
In Italian, the students of 4C put their language skills to the test by playing a board game they had designed themselves, demonstrating their knowledge of seasons, days of the week, and months of the year.
Out on the oval, 4A and 4B enjoyed an energetic game of rounders in PE. Playing alongside their loved ones, students showcased their growing confidence, teamwork, and impressive fielding skills.
Music came alive as 3A performed a song they have been working hard to master. Parents were delighted to see the students' developing musical talents, particularly their growing confidence on the ukulele.
In Art, 3C took families on a creative journey, sharing the process behind their artworks inspired by First Nations artists Jo Wilson and Agnes Wotton. It was a fantastic opportunity for students to explain the ideas and techniques that shaped their creations.
Meanwhile, in STEAM, 3B rolled up their sleeves and celebrated their learning in a hands-on way. After exploring how to care for and improve soil health, students planted a garden, bringing their newfound knowledge to life.
It was a fantastic session filled with creativity, collaboration, and pride, and we thank all the families who joined us to celebrate our students' learning.
