 ADF Visit

Australian Defence Force Visit to the College

This week, the College welcomed members of the Australian Defence Force (ADF), who delivered an engaging presentation on the range of career opportunities available within the Defence Forces.

 

Students were introduced to:

  • Entry pathways following the completion of Year 10 and Year 12.
  • Apprenticeship opportunities across the Navy, Army, and Air Force, including information on training and rates of pay.
  • Requirements for entry into the Australian Defence Force Academy (ADFA).
  • Officer training programs within the three services.

  • Opportunities for travel with work, sport and other activities as part of ADF service.

     

At the conclusion of the presentation, students took advantage of the opportunity to meet with the visiting officers, ask questions, and discuss the many pathways on offer.
