Italian Day – A Magnificent Success!
Our Italian Day was a spectacular celebration of culture, creativity, and fun! The students looked absolutely magnificent in their vibrant costumes, proudly embracing the colors and traditions of Italy.
One of the highlights of the day was making delicious choc-banana pizzas, which were as fun to create as they were to eat! Many students also enjoyed a special Italian lunch from the canteen, adding to the authentic experience. Students were amazed and entertained by the incredible Italian Magic Show performed by Luigi Zucchini, whose tricks left everyone spellbound.
Outdoor activities brought even more excitement, with students enjoying games of soccer and trying their hand at bocce. Inside the classrooms, creativity flourished. Some students designed beautiful Carnevale masks, while others stepped into the shoes of Leonardo da Vinci, carefully creating their own versions of the famous Mona Lisa.
Our young historians explored the fascinating story of the Colosseum, learning about its importance in Ancient Rome.
The celebration wouldn’t have been complete without music and movement, and many students joyfully danced the traditional Tarantella!
It was a day filled with laughter, learning, and wonderful memories for everyone involved. A heartfelt thank you to our families for their support — from helping with costumes to sharing in the excitement of the day. Bravo to all our students, staff for making Italian Day such a memorable success!
Grazie mille,
