Upper Primary (Years 5-6)

Upper Primary students have been busy exploring lots of new learning. Students have been enjoying their hands on maths learning, using different items such as Numicon, bears and blocks to count and have been using blocks, counters and rulers to measure.

Lower Secondary (Years 7-8)

Students of Lower Secondary have all been settling into school, connecting to one another, and their learning! For Reading, we’re looking back at sounds we’ve discovered in the past! We’ve also started our writing cycle, engaging in fun activities, followed by writing sentences about them. For Numeracy, we’ve created some starchy athletes to compete in Potato Olympics, practicing measurement through different sports! Students have been engaged throughout the different subjects including Inquiry, where they’re learning about the First Fleet!
