Hi Families! I will be teaching in 3/4J alongside Julie who will be teaching French. My other roles include analysing the student learning data across the school and supporting students. I am looking forward to a great year!

I will be teaching in Year 5CL this year with Courtney as well as supporting students and teachers within my role as French Learning Specialist. I am looking forward to meeting families in the year 5 cohort.

Hi, I’m very excited to be continuing on as Foundation teacher this year and I can’t wait to meet all our new families. I’ll be teaching both Foundation classes in English and am looking forward to a fun year with Lorene and all our wonderful students.

Bonjour! I am very excited to be joining the Fitzroy primary school family this year as the French foundation teacher. I have just moved to Australia from London with my husband Will and baby Elliot. I am originally from Provence in the South of France, so, as much as I will be missing delicious French cheeses, I can’t wait to discover what Melbourne has to offer!

Hi Everyone! For the past few years I have been supporting students with their learning through our Tutor Literacy Program. This year I am looking forward to teaching English in Grade 1/2A as well as continuing with the Literacy Support program. I will be supported by Maelle in1/2A, who will be teaching French.

I am so excited to be back at Fitzroy Primary School and in the beautiful new building in 2024. This year I am teaching English in Year 1/2 with Maelle as the French teacher and I am looking forward to a wonderful year. I have two children of my own; one just beginning her Primary School journey in Foundation and my older one is in Year 2.

I will be teaching English in 3/4L as well as Visual Art to all our students. I am excited to finally be back in the newly renovated art room space at George St and look forward to meeting new families and re-connecting with students.

My name is Emily and I am the new Grade 5/6 A teacher. This year is my 15th year of teaching. I live locally with my family; husband, our kids Harry and Jack and our cat George. My favourite things to do in my spare time are cooking with my kids, reading and exploring outdoors by going for walks or riding my bike.
I'm very much looking forward to getting to know you all and being part of the Fitzroy Primary community.

I have returned to Fitzroy Primary School after working for 6 months with the Kilkarriya Community in Nookanabh, WA.
This year I will be teaching grade 6 students with Vicky as well as supporting students in numeracy. I am looking forward to another great year of learning and supporting all grade 6 graduates.

I have been teaching at FPS for almost 30 years and have enjoyed a variety of roles. I was lucky enough to start the STEM program seven years ago and share my passion with the students here. Outside of school I am a busy grandma to twins and fur mum to Sunday the Siamese.
Performing Arts & PE-Bree
Bonjour. I graduated at Monash University with a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education (Honours), majoring in Theatre and Performance and minoring in Music and Drama. I am a singer, actor and play many different instruments including the guitar, piano and the flute. I am looking forward to another year at Fitzroy P.S.

I'm very excited to be working again with the lovely students at FPS and being involved in the Fitzroy community for another year as Education Support and Kitchen Garden. My interests are cooking , music, camping with my kids , beach life and arts. I have 2 dogs, 2 cats and a little girl in year 3.

Hello, my name is Yves. I’m from a little village in the south-east of France. I love sports, travel and food. I’m excited to be back at FPS supporting students in the classroom as well as organising the Breakfast Club & Kitchen Garden Programs.

I am excited to be back again this year supporting students and teachers in all year levels across the school as well as the Kitchen Garden Program. Previously, I have worked at local primary schools with Camp Australia and with sporting clubs. My working days are Monday-Friday.

I have been supporting foundation, grade1 & 2 students at Fitzroy P.S for the past year. Previously, I have worked for the opening nights at the Melbourne French Film Festival Melbourne, assisting foreigners learning English at the Fitzroy Learning Network as well as working as a French teacher assistant for 5th and 6th grade students, North Seattle French School.

I am looking forward to supporting students and families at Fitzroy P.S this year in all year levels, as well as supporting Oromo speaking families in our school community with Badria. I work Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

I’m one of the ES staff members. I started at Fitzroy primary school in 2022. I love supporting and working with children. I will also be working alongside Badria supporting families at Fitzroy P.S.

I am the SCLO at Fitzroy Primary School and Collingwood College working on implementing the Victorian African Communities Action Plan (VCAP) supporting families. I organize the weekly parent group and work with the Smith Family supporting families.
