The OH&S Committee meets twice per term. CSR Daily Checklist Feedback Summary

A total of 26 staff responses were received regarding the CSR Daily Checklist.

Key Findings

1. Ease of Completion- 

57.7% found the checklist easy to complete and 42.3% found it very easy to complete.

2. Impact on Classroom Safety and Readiness

73.1% agreed or strongly agreed that the checklist helps improve classroom safety and readiness.

3. Time Required

69.2% reported that the checklist takes less than 2 minutes to complete and 26.9% reported it takes 2–5 minutes.

4. Overall Experience

42.3% indicated the checklist is useful and should remain as is.

15.4% felt it is useful but could be simplified.

15.4% would prefer a digital version rather than a hard copy.
