Student Learning

Grade 5/6 

We have dived straight back into Term 3 with plenty of enthusiasm. 

Our unit are reading Once by Morris Gleitzman and Can you see me by Libby Scott and Rebecca Westcott this term. They are all really enjoying learning about WW2 and have asked some very interesting questions. We will be taking a closer look at Poland and its history. 

The Year 5 and 6 students are also enjoying representing our school in various sports. Our footballers made it to the grade final in their division, unfortunate not to get the win. The girls will head off to netball this week. We will have two basketball teams later this term. Good luck to all of them.
