📌A friendly reminder to families with regards to Student Attendance procedures.

PARENT NOTIFIED ABSENCE

A reminder to please record your child/children's absence as soon as possible via : 

• 📱PAM account 

• 📞Absentee Phone Line 

   

For all unexplained absences, you will receive a parent absent sms to advise that your child is absent and to please notify the College asap.  If we have not received notification from you after 2 x messages, a further follow up phone call will be made in order to record the unexplained absence accordingly, as per our College policy.

Please ensure you enter the PNA at your earliest convenience to avoid receiving text messages & phone call.

⏰EARLY LEAVE 

If your child is leaving early, please ensure you have entered this via your PAM account under Absence period - early leaveor alternatively contact the office to advise as soon as possible, this will allow the office to arrange the collection of your child in a timely manner in preparation for your arrival to the office.   Prior arrangements MUST be made to collect your child early.

📵MOBILE PHONE 

Students are not permitted to use their phones at school.  If your child is feeling unwell they must present to the Health Centre where the College nurse will make contact with the parents.
