APF Member System Update 

The APF is transitioning to a new membership management and payment system designed to make managing your membership easier and more convenient.

 

Through the new system, members will be able to:

 

  • Access the members-only section of the APF website
  • View their membership information
  • Update and manage their own contact details
  • Access past invoices and payment records (for payments made through the new system; for earlier invoices, please contact APF staff)
  • Join or renew memberships quickly and securely online

     

Members will have received an email containing instructions on how to create a login and set up a payment method (if required). 

 

Important Information for Members on CREDIT CARD Monthly Payments

As part of the transition to the new system, members who currently pay via automatic monthly payments will be required to log in and renew their membership once. During this process, you can select the monthly payment option and securely save your card details for future automatic renewals.

 

This is a one-time action required to ensure your monthly subscription continues uninterrupted under the new system. 

 

Please note that members paying via direct debit can continue to do so, but it will not be a payment option for new members going forward . If you would like to change your payment method from direct debit to credit card, please email Jenna- jbenison@apf.net.au 

 

We encourage all members to complete this process as soon as possible.
