Grade 5/6 Girls Win Division Basketball Tournament!
Congratulations to our Grade 5/6 girls' basketball team on winning the division tournament! We’re incredibly proud of their hard work, teamwork, and leadership on and off the court. Both Mr. Charlie and Miss Bastasin, were very proud of the way the girls represented our school with great sportsmanship and determination. Well done, team! Best of luck for the next Regional tournament!
State Athletics Competition
Congratulations to Nico, Olivia and Zoe for reaching the state Athletics competition. Well done to Zoe for coming first in both of her events - shot put and 100m sprint.
IDSSA Hot Shots Tennis
Next week a group of our talented students will represent St John’s at the IDSSA Hot Shots Tennis competition. Congratulations to Emilia, Elizabeth, Emma, Alia, Sofia, Charli, Lila, Zoe, Moyo, and Stella, who will have an opportunity to display fantastic sportsmanship, teamwork, and enthusiasm throughout the day.
The students will participate in a range of fast-paced tennis games, showing great skill and determination while encouraging one another on and off the court. It will be wonderful to see so many smiling faces enjoying the experience and representing our school with pride.
