It has been a great start to 2026. Please come and see your school captains if you have any feedback about our school, things you like or improvements we can make. Remember to ‘let your light shine’ always! 

Chess Boards

This week there are new Chess Boards added to the silver picnic tables for Years 3-6 students to use during lunch time. 

Soccer Tournament

This Thursday at lunchtime there is a meeting for Years 3-6 students who would like to participate in the soccer tournament run by the Sports Leaders Raf and Greta. The meeting will be held in Ms Ritoli’s class. 

Riding bikes and scooters to school

A reminder to all the children to wear a helmet or protective gear when riding a bike or scooter. 

Please make sure you walk your bike or scooter into and out of the school and on Patterson St in front of the school. Please be aware of your surroundings and be mindful of little children.

Smart watches and Phones

A little reminder to hand phones and smart watches into the office before school. 

Photo day

We can’t wait for our school photo day on the 18th March. Please make sure you wear your full school Summer uniform with white socks for girls and grey socks for boys and black school shoes. 

Prep Teddy Bear Picnic

Our Preps have an exciting event coming up. On Thursday 5 March they get to come to school with their teddy bears and a picnic to enjoy a lovely afternoon. There will be face painting! 

Clean up Australia Day

The leaders are excited to go to The Grove Kinder for ‘Clean Up Australia Day’ next Monday. We will be sharing stories with the kinder children about keeping God’s creation clean.
