Fee Payment Dates and Reminders

Please see the table below outlining key due dates for payment of fees including Camp Levy, Device Levy Instalments, VET levy (NOW DUE). Please also note that to receive the early payment discount, you will need to have 2026 fees paid in full less $250 discount by 20th March 2026.

If you hold a Centrelink Pensioner or Health care card, you may be eligible to apply for CSEF funding. If you have not applied for CSEF at St Mary’s College in previous years, please complete the CSEF form in the Fees and Levy Pack and return with a copy of your card as soon as possible, so your application can be processed. https://www.smseymour.catholic.edu.au/enrolment-information/fees-and-levies/

If you have applied for CSEF at St Mary’s College before, please ensure you have sent a copy of your current concession card so your application can be rolled over for 2026.

Many Thanks to those families that have paid their fees in full or set up regular direct debits. We encourage all families to make regular payments toward your fees to ensure you are able to have them paid in full by 1st October 2026.
