Hockey Tasmania is offering all primary school children aged six to 12 years the opportunity to learn the skills of hockey through its Hookin2Hockey Skills Session. All sessions are conducted by trained coaches who use fun and exciting activities and games to introduce participants to the sport.
All beginners welcome! Hockey sticks and shinpads can be provided if required. All participants must bring a mouthguard.
Where: Tasmanian Hockey Centre, New Town
When: Wednesdays 5-6pm
Program: 5 weeks (7 August - 4 September)
Cost: $40.00 (Revsport charges apply)
All participants must register. Please ensure you write down your child's name and date of birth on the registration form when prompted.

That’s where the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) comes in. Wait, what? Yes, really. You may be surprised to know they’re not all accountants at the ATO.
Join the 12-month 2025 ATO School Leaver Program and you’ll get:

During the program you’ll get to work in administration, information technology or client engagement.
To be eligible you must have successfully completed Year 12 in 2023 or 2024.
Positions are available in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Hobart, Parramatta, Perth, Melbourne and Sydney.
