Milo Monkey’s Birthday Surprise

Milo Monkey is the star character of the early learning phonics storybook, Milo’s Birthday Surprise. The storybook systematically introduces the letters of the alphabet and their corresponding sounds using memorable characters. To celebrate the completion of Stages 1-4 in the Little Learners Love Literacy program, the Warburton East Junior Students will be having a small party on Tuesday 28th July to celebrate our wonderful achievement and success.

Prior to Milo’s Birthday Surprise, students will learn the fundamental skills for writing birthday invitations including; name, date, time, and location. Students will be encouraged to invite their favourite character. Our party will be full of characters which may include Ben Bear, Sally Snake, Daisy Dog, Leo Lion and Wilbur Whale.

Party food will be provided, and dietary restrictions adhered to. Please provide lunch for your child on this day.
