Cadbury Chocolate Box Fundraiser Collection & Payment Information
Thank you to everyone who has opted into the Parents' Club Cadbury Chocolate Box fundraiser.
Boxes will be available for collection on Friday 12 June at the end of the school day. If they become available earlier, we will notify families.
Collection Arrangements
Families who ordered 1 box
- Boxes will be distributed to students via their classroom teacher.
Families who ordered 2 or more boxes
- Please collect your boxes from the staffroom.
- Access is via the external door under the verandah on the north side of the Administration Building.
- Our friendly Parents' Club volunteers will be there to assist with collection.
Payment Information
- Cost: $60 per box
- Payment can be made at any time from now until the due date.
- Our preferred payment method is EFTPOS at the school office, as this reduces the administration involved in handling cash.
If paying by cash, please place the payment in a sealed envelope and clearly write your family name on the front.
Payment is due by Friday 17 July.

Hot Lunch Day - Thursday 25th of June
The Parents' Club is running a Pizza Lunch Day on Thursday, 25th June. Order forms should have been handed out to students to take home.
Alternatively, please see the attached form.
The due date for payment and order forms is Friday, 12th June. Strictly no late orders.
Please add a reminder on your calendar to bring a small container or plate on the 25th.

Working with Children Check (WWCC)
All volunteers are required by law to have this certification before being able to work with children. This includes all parents and helpers involved with the Parents' Club. Simply click here to apply. There is no cost to obtain a volunteer WWCC and the card is valid for 5 years. Apply online, provide a passport photograph and provide proof of identify. Once you receive your card, please present to the school office so we can take a copy to retain on file.
Fundraising with Entertainment Book
Your purchase directly supports us as 20% of the proceeds will be donated directly to our cause to help us reach our fundraising goal.
