Prep 100 Day Celebration

Last week, our Prep students proudly celebrated 100 Days of School with a day full of fun, laughter and learning. To mark this special milestone, the children came dressed as 100-year-olds, delighting everyone with their creative costumes, walking sticks, grey hair and glasses!

The celebrations began with a whole-year parade in the stadium, where our Prep students confidently showcased their wonderful costumes to the school community. It was a fantastic way to kick off such a memorable day.

Throughout the day, all of our learning revolved around the number 100. Students reflected on their first 100 days of school by drawing pictures of their favourite memories, explored a range of engaging maths games focused on the number 100, investigated just how long 100 seconds really is, and finished the day by creating colourful 100 Days crowns to wear with pride.

It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate how much our students have grown in confidence, knowledge and independence over their first 100 days of learning. We are so proud of everything they have achieved and look forward to many more exciting learning adventures together!
