Welcome to Term 3

Welcome back to Term 3! I hope all of our students and families enjoyed a restful break and have returned feeling refreshed and ready for another exciting term. This is an important time of year, particularly for our senior students as they begin preparing for their 2027 subject selections and our Year 12 students continue their final preparations for the VCE examinations later this year. We look forward to supporting every student as they continue to work towards their academic and future pathway goals.

Allied Health Immersion Day - Bendigo Tech School

A group of selected Year 9 and Year 10 students will have the exciting opportunity to attend the upcoming Allied Health Immersion Day at Bendigo Tech School. The immersive program will provide students with hands-on experiences and insights into the diverse range of careers within the allied health sector, including opportunities to engage with industry professionals and explore the skills and pathways required for these rewarding professions. We look forward to hearing about our students' experiences as they discover the many career possibilities available in this growing field.

Senior School Subject Selection

The Senior School Subject Selection process is now underway for our 2027 VCE Students, with students completing their preferences online. Students are encouraged to carefully consider their selections and seek advice from the Student Futures team if they have any questions about subjects or future pathways.  Subject selections for 2027 Students in Years 8, 9 & 10 will commence after each Subject Expo has taken place.

IMPORTANT

Once students have finalised their subject selections online, they will be prompted to enter an email address for a parent or carer. This allows a copy of the subject selection receipt to be emailed directly to their parent or carer for electronic approval. After submitting their preferences, students should let their parent or carer know to expect this email.

If the email does not arrive in the inbox, please check the Junk or Spam folder for an email from noreply@selectmysubjects.com.au.

Once the receipt has been approved, there is no need to print or return a hard copy.
