Victorian School Futsal Titles 2025: It’s Coming Home to ASPS!

We are thrilled to announce that The 'Auburn South Avengers' have brought home the trophy after an outstanding performance at the Victorian School Futsal Titles! After securing third in a recent qualifying tournament, the Avengers earned their place at the Titles and made it count.

On Thursday 29th May, competing in the 10-year-old division, the team gave everything on the court. Their teamwork was inspiring - supporting each other, playing with heart and rising to every challenge.

Blazing through the group stages and finals in red hot form, the Avengers reached a gripping grand final. In match that had everyone on the edge of their seats, they triumphed 4-3 in a thrilling finish.

They did ASPS proud - not only with their skill and determination, but through their exceptional sportsmanship. Showing respect to referees, opponents and each other, they proved themselves true champions in every sense.

The trophy has now been presented to the school and proudly sits on Mr. Wicher’s desk!

ASPS Avengers (L–R): Beau Miratana, Dash Robson, Christos Kotsirilos, Josh Johnston, Damon Kotsirilos, Archer Parke, George Webb, Lachie Hinshelwood.

We couldn’t be prouder of these young athletes for representing ASPS so brilliantly. Well done, Avengers!
