Annual General Permission

If you haven't already done so, please ensure you have completed the Annual General Permission on SIMON via the Connect Field. It is imperative this is completed in order for your student/s to attend important excursions throughout the school year. The permission form provides consent for your child to attend the following: 

• Masses and Liturgies at St Mel’s Parish/Excursions to St Mel’s Parish

• Excursions to St Mel’s School

• Swimming Carnival (Yr 5-12) 

• Athletics Carnival

• Local walking excursions

• Incursions 

Note, appropriate risk assessments and excursion planning for all general excursions and incursions are in line with our Excursion Policy. Times and dates for the above will be communicated to you by SIMON/PAM, informing you of when your child will leave the school grounds. 


PSG's are now open for Booking

Bookings can be made using PAM or the SIMON Everywhere app under Parent Teacher Bookings. For Primary, book with your student's Learning Mentor. In the Secondary space it will be one of your child's Learning Mentors that have been assigned and you will need to select the subject and then name of the teacher when booking. The purpose of the PSG is for students that require daily adjustments to the learning to review progress, evaluate current goals, and set new goals for the Term. 

PSG's will occur in Week 5&6 on Monday 23 Feb & Wednesday 25 Feb at 3:30pm - 4:30pm and Monday 2 March at 3:30pm - 4:30pm.

💚 Call for uniform donations

Do you have any outgrown uniforms sitting in drawers or closets? Give them a second life! We’re collecting second-hand uniform items that are still in good condition to donate for our Second-Hand Uniform Sale. Your donation helps other families, promotes sustainability, and contributes to our community spirit.

📦 Drop-off information: 

Bring your uniforms to our front reception between 8.30am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Australian Institute of Family Services (AIFS) is have launched their new on-demand webinar program, running from July to December 2025. The program will feature eight popular webinars from the past two years. Each webinar will be available for three weeks.

Speech Pathology

Fly2Health are an NDIS Registered organisation which started servicing the Shepparton community on Tuesday 6 August for ongoing fortnightly therapy for Speech and OT. Fly2Health can also provide mealtime assessments and mealtime management plans for participants if required.

St Anne's College is excited for another year of the 'Scuola Italiana Club' - externally provided Italian classes for both children and adults within our local community.

Fundraise with the Victorian Container Deposit Scheme

St Anne’s College is officially approved as a donation partner for Victoria’s Container Deposit Scheme (CDS Vic) which means you can assist the college to fund exciting projects to not only benefit students but the local community as well! 

Outdoor exercise stations have been on top of the College’s wish list to complement a future walking track around the oval and your generous and green donations could help turn this popular idea into a reality.
