School Communication

We would like to share a small update to help make communication at school as clear and effective as possible.

Your child’s classroom teacher is always your first point of contact for any questions, concerns, or updates about your child’s learning, classroom experiences, or general wellbeing. They know your child best and are best placed to respond quickly or work with you to find solutions.

The front office should be contacted for administrative matters such as absences, late arrivals or early departures, changes to contact details, permission forms, payments, uniforms, or general school information. This helps ensure your request is directed efficiently and handled by the right team member. You can contact the office by phone at 9786 5197 or email at seaford.park.ps@education.vic.gov.au. 

If there is a significant concern regarding your child’s wellbeing or inclusion needs, please contact our Assistant Principal, Mrs French, who can support these matters in a timely and appropriate way. For any other matters of significance or broader school concerns, you are welcome to contact Mrs Johnson-Turner, Principal.

Where needed, staff will work together to ensure your query is followed up appropriately. This structure helps us maintain clear, consistent, and timely communication across the school.
