Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) - 2026 Applications
The Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) system is now open for schools to enter applications from 19th of January, 2026.
Parents and carers who wish to access CSEF funding for 2026 must submit an application to the school by Friday, 26th of June 2026.
Who needs to submit a new application?
You only need to submit a new application if:
- You are applying for CSEF for the first time (you did not apply last year), or
- Your child has changed schools since last year, or
- Your circumstances have changed, such as:
- change in care arrangements
- change of name or Centrelink Reference Number (CRN)
- a new sibling has started at the school and you wish to apply for them
- a sibling has left the school
- Any other details on your application have changed, including the declaration.
If your details have not changed
If you applied last year and your details are the same, you do not need to reapply. The school will manually rollover your application for 2026.
Please note: This rollover is completed by the school each year and is not automatic.
Payment amounts
Payments for 2026 are $400 per year for all eligible Victorian school students.
Payments are made directly to the school:
- from March onwards each year where the parent/carer’s concession card is assessed as valid on the first student day of Term 1, and/or
- where the parent/carer’s concession card is assessed as valid on the first student day of Term 2.
Payments are for the application year and cannot be claimed for previous years.

Please find the attached CSEF application form. Once completed, please return it to the Front Office along with a copy of Healthcare card.
Important
CSEF applications may be audited by the Department of Education.
