Year 6 Celebrates a Values Leaves Victory

Congratulations to our Year 6 students, who won the Term 3 Values Leaves competition with an impressive 1,001 leaves!

Across the school, students earned 3,280 Values Leaves for demonstrating Respect, Responsibility, Resilience, Honesty and Learning. Year 3 finished second with 840 leaves, followed by Year 4 with 652.

Well done to all our students for putting our school values into action. To celebrate their win, our Year 6 students chose to have hot chips at the park. This was a lovely example of learner agency, with students having a voice in deciding how to celebrate their achievement. The photographs capture some of the enjoyment of their well-earned reward!

With Term 4 underway, the competition begins again. Who will be our next Values Leaves winners? We look forward to seeing students across every year level continue to demonstrate our values each day.
