Happy Feast Day of St John Paul II!
We thank you God for the life of St Pope John Paul II, and for showing us, through him, your tender fatherly love. Help us to follow his example of courage, holiness and unwavering faith.
It is the loving families of our school that make our St Martha’s community strong, joyfully witnessed at our Joseph fatherhood evening last week.
Wednesday Wellness Walks
As the weather warms up (we hope!), we will hold a wellness walk on the Wednesday mornings of term 4, starting Wednesday October 28. We will meet after morning drop off, walk to Strathfield park and back. All parents and carers, including parents with prams, are welcome to improve our health while meeting new members of our community, or reconnecting with those we already know.
Playgroup
Playgroup is back for term 4. We look forward to welcoming all pre school aged children and their carers, for a morning of play, storytime and friendship. Term 4 playgroup dates are Monday November 9, and Monday December 7, from 9- 10:30 in the school hall.
Rosary
October is celebrated as the month of the Rosary, a peaceful and calming prayer that invites us to pause and some time with our heavenly mother Mary.
Our Wednesday morning decade of the rosary continues each week from 8:30 inside the Church, and our adult rosary group continues on Mondays at 2:30 before pick up. All are welcome- rosary beads and prayer cards provided.
