STUDENT LEADERS

Early this term we held a whole school assembly where we announced and celebrate our Student Leaders for 2025 and gave them their leadership badges which they're wearing with pride.

This week all of our senior and junior school leaders came together for a lunchtime planning meeting.

Our College Captains facilitated a productive session, where leaders worked on their portfolios, establishing their roles and planning for upcoming events and programs.

It is planned for our leaders to gather three times a term to communicate their ideas and progress with their activities, with a coordinated whole school focus. Each of the leaders is working towards putting a committee of students together to assist with running a vast range of events.

Our Senior College Captains; Madi Stewart and Malachy True, Junior College Captains; Grace Garland and Henry Fletcher worked together to check in with all the groups. 

This year the College Captain team also has Mason Hancox working on communications, Vans Thakkar on student engagement and Andrew Widjaja on international programs. These leaders were  able to add valuable insights and assist with planning across a range of areas. 

It was a positive working team and I am excited to be in the role of student voice, leadership and agency this year and look forward to sharing many successes as the year progresses.
