Happy Principals Day

Craig started his journey at Charlton College as our Acting Principal in July 2025, and started 2026, as our number one in charge!Craig is a Principal who truly wears many hats. At heart, he’s a PE teacher, and this year he’s sharing his passion for sport with our Year 3/4 students.

In Term 3, he’s also taken on Year 10 Science while continuing to support our Year 7–9 students as their Coordinator.He is constantly looking for ways to make Charlton College better, whether it’s the big-picture ideas that help shape the future of our college or the little things that make a difference every single day.You might find him discussing future plans and big projects one minute, and the next he’s outside pulling weeds while chatting with students or he’s vacuuming the office when the job needs doing.

Kim has been part of the Charlton College family since 1995, that’s over 30 years of dedication, memories and making a difference! Kim became our Assistant Principal in 2019 and now leads our F–6 team as our F–6 Coordinator, supporting our youngest learners and helping our primary students thrive. If that wasn’t enough, Kim still finds time to do one of her favourite things, teaching Maths! From Year 5/6 through to senior secondary, Kim continues to share her love of numbers with our students!

Natasha has been part of our college community since 2004, meaning she has seen plenty of changes and celebrated countless achievements along the way! In 2023, Natasha stepped into the role of Assistant Principal and Manager of the North Central Trade Training Centre Alongside the leadership juggling act, Natasha continues to share her creativity by teaching Art and inspiring students to explore and create. She’s always ready to lend a hand, and share a laugh along the way!
