Important Reminder - Sport Event Sign-On Process
To support the safety, supervision and accurate record-keeping of students participating in Clayfield College sporting programs and events, families are reminded of the importance of completing the required event sign-on process through Parent Lounge.
This process applies across Senior School and Junior School Sport and ensures the Sports Department has accurate attendance records and access to the information required to support students while participating in College sport.
Event Sign-On and Attendance
When your child is participating in a sporting program or event, please ensure you:
- Complete and accept the relevant event sign-on via Parent Lounge by the advertised closing date.
- Notify the appropriate Sport Coordinator or Head of Sport and Activities by email as soon as possible if there are any changes to your child's attendance or transport arrangements.
Ensure students are signed out with the nominated supervising staff member before leaving an event with a parent or caregiver.
Students should not leave a venue without first being signed out, as this is essential to maintaining accurate attendance and supervision records.
Thank you to our families for your cooperation and continued support in helping us provide a safe, organised and positive sporting experience for all Clayfield College students.
