Grandparents' Day (Pre-Prep to Year 6)

Thank you to everyone who has registered, we look forward to seeing our special guests on Friday. 

 

If you have registered, please refer to the information below.

 

Parking 

Parking is available through GATE 4 (Corner of Bayview Terrace and Sandgate Road) where guests will be directed to park on the Main Oval. This is the closest and most accessible parking option. Limited street parking is also available in streets surrounding the College. Guests parking in surrounding streets should enter the College via the GATE 6 (Bayview Terrace) pedestrian gate. These access points are also shown in the pre-event communications sent from Humanitix to registered attendees. 

 

Staff and students will be available to direct guests to allocated areas to start the morning’s program.  

 

Program

Please note that grandparents with grandchildren in multiple year levels are welcome to move between the different areas.

 

Prep to Year 6 Students and Grandparents

  • 8:45am | Grandparents to arrive at the Assembly Hall
  • 9:00am to 9:40am | Junior School performances in the Assembly Hall
  • 9:40am to 10:15am | Morning Tea
    • In the Prep Centre (Prep)
    • In the Amphitheatre (Years 1 to 3)
    • In the Tuckshop Courtyard (Years 4 to 6)
  • 10:15am to 11:00am | Classroom activities

     

Pre-Prep Students and Grandparents

  • 8:45am | Grandparents to arrive at the Assembly Hall
  • 9:00am to 9:40am | Junior School performances in the Assembly Hall
  • 9:40am to 10.30am | Morning tea and play activities in the Pre-Prep learning space and adjoining playground area.

     

Part-time Pre-Prep students who do not normally attend on a Friday should meet Mrs Bailey with their grandparents in the Tuckshop Courtyard at 8:45amFollowing the event, these students will depart with their grandparents at 10:30am.

 

Pre-Prep students who normally attend on Fridays will continue with their regular program following the event, including gymnastics later in the morning.

 

What to Bring

We will be providing morning tea for our special guests, while students are asked to bring their own morning tea (this includes part-time Pre-Prep students who don't usually attend on a Friday).

 

Guests and students are encouraged to bring along a hat, as we will be enjoying morning tea and some activities in outdoor spaces.

P&F Father's Day Stall

We invite families to celebrate the father figures in their lives by purchasing something special from the P&F Father's Day Stall.

 

Once again, the Father’s Day Stall will operate as a cashless event. Families can purchase tokens in advance for their child to use on the day. 

 

Gifts will be available at a range of price points, including $5, $10, $15 and $20, and you may purchase any combination of tokens to suit your family needs. Please see below Gift Catalogue to peruse the great range of Father’s Day gifts featured at this year’s stall.

 

Token purchases will close on Monday 31 August 2026.

Semester 2 Co-curricular Photos 

Term 4, Week 1 - Wednesday 7 October 

 

Photography sessions will take place concurrently across the College, with: 

  • Junior School co-curricular groups photographed in the Assembly Hall 
  • Senior School co-curricular groups photographed in the PE Centre 

     

Further details regarding timings, uniform requirements and participating groups will be communicated closer to the event.
