We’re really glad to see you again and hope you’ve had a chance to rest, reset, and recharge over the break. Whether you’re feeling excited, nervous, motivated, overwhelmed—or a mix of everything—that’s completely normal. A new term brings fresh opportunities, but it can also bring pressure, and your wellbeing matters just as much as your grades.

 

This term, remember:

 

  • You don’t have to have everything figured out straight away
  • It’s okay to ask for help (and early is always better than late)
  • Small steps still count as progress

 

Our Wellbeing team is here to support you with stress, motivation, friendships, mental health, or anything else that might be getting in the way of you feeling your best. No issue is “too small” to talk about.

 

Take care of yourself, check in with your friends, and don’t forget to make time for things that help you feel calm and happy - sleep, movement, creativity, and connection all matter.
