Every newsletter, two teachers will be interviewed by our JSC reps in order for the school community to learn about the awesome things our staff do both in and out of the classroom.

What do you like the most about being a Vice Principal?
I like helping all the students, but I also like helping all the staff. I’m the luckiest person in the world.
Do you ever get jealous of Mr Cooper?
Yes, because he gets to do all the fun things with the students.
At school, where do you spend most of your time?
I spend most of my time in my office because I have a lot of meetings, but I really enjoy being in the classrooms with all the kids and watching them learn.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I like to walk and catch up with friends and I LOVE to read and spend time with my husband.
Have you ever been a classroom teacher?
Yes. I taught Preps a lot and also Year 4.
How many different schools have you worked at?
Heaps!!!! Mainly four for long periods of time.
Which teacher are you closest with?
Lots of them. I think I’m close with everyone.

What do you like most about being a teacher?
The thing I like most about being a teacher is that I get to know my students and their families.
What is your favourite thing to do with your family?
To spend time with them and chill out.
What is a skill you would love to have that you don’t have already?
The urge to clean more.

Mrs Menche.
What is your favourite excursion you have been on? Why?
Werribee Zoo, because I loved going on the safari and seeing the animals.

“Everyone is a genius. But if you judge a fish on its ability to climb a tree it will live its whole life believing”
What is your greatest achievement?
Buying a house in 2025.

A dog called Ziggy.
