NAPLAN- Individual Student Reports
Individual NAPLAN reports for students in Years 3 and 5 were received by the school last week and were sent home with students on Friday afternoon.
To support families in understanding their child's results, a brochure explaining how to read and interpret the NAPLAN report was sent to parents and carers via Compass on Friday.
If your child did not receive their NAPLAN report, or if you did not receive the Compass message containing the explanatory brochure, please contact your child's classroom teacher.
Children’s Book Week
Children’s Book Week is coming up in week 5 of this term (22-28 August). This event is always a wonderful opportunity to celebrate and promote books and reading. This year the theme for Book Week is ‘Symphony of Stories’. This year Book Week coincides with our school concert week so although we won’t be having a dress up day, there will be lots of fun activities happening throughout the week that students will have the opportunity to participate in at break times and in classrooms.
More information will be communicated via future editions of the newsletter and Compass.
