CAMPS, SPORTS and EXCURSIONS FUND (CSEF)

SCHOOL PHOTOS
4th & 5th March.
Please see information below on the flyer - note that you codes will be distributed to families once images are ready, however if you would like your children to be photographed together, go online BEFORE photo day to request sibling/family photos at https://arphotos.typeform.com/to/g9VwvF6l - Enter the name and class of the eldest sibling - Enter the names and classes of all other siblings to be included in the photo.
BOOK CLUB
Book Club is distributed eight times per year, with new catalogues released roughly twice per school term. These curated catalogues allow families to order books online via LOOP, which are then delivered directly to the school. Please see the attached flyer for further details - the first edition was sent home with students last week.,
REMINDERS
Messages for students during the day: Please contact the office 52612360 if you have a same day urgent messages for your child. For planned appointments, please email or call the school in advance if you are collecting your child during the day. We can arrange with the teacher to have them waiting here for you. torquay.p6.co@education.vic.gov.au
Second Hand Uniform: We have plenty of second hand uniform available at the office for a gold coin donation. Please call in and take what you need.
Swimming events: Thankyou to our families for assisting their children to be independent swimmers. Practising packing their wet items in a bag and changing into their school uniform at home independently is setting them up for success.
Please name all items of clothing.
Canteen: Lunch orders are available every day. You can order via the flexischools app or bring a brown paper bag with cash inside to the classroom tub. https://flexischools.com.au/parents
Smart Watches: In accordance with the Department’s Mobile Phones — Student Use Policy issued by the Minister for Education, personal mobile phones and other personal mobile devices must not be used at Torquay College during school hours, including lunchtime and recess, unless an exception has been granted.
