Colour Run Welcome Picnic 2026
When: Friday 27 February, 3:45pm onwards
Tickets: $12 for students. Buy student tickets via Compass
Volunteer: Sign up to volunteer - it's lots of fun!
Side note: Please remember you are in charge of supervising your children at this event and pick up your rubbish at the end of the night to help keep our local parks beautiful. Thanks!
Join the PFA
The PFA is powered by an incredible team of volunteers who generously give their time and energy to create unforgettable events for our PMPS community. Together, we contribute thousands of hours each year – and the more helping hands we have, the more fun (and lighter!) the work becomes. After all, many hands really do make light work.
As a PFA member, you’re not just helping out, you’re helping shape the experience of our school community for our children. Members are the planners, the decision-makers, and the driving force behind our events. In line with our PFA constitution, members can stand for official PFA positions and vote on activities and initiatives. Most of our events are led by this dedicated group.
We meet 2–3 times per term over dinner –a great chance to connect, have a laugh and share ideas.
Our Annual General Meeting takes place each March, where we re-elect our executive team. In 2026, we’ll be filling four key roles:
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer

Easter Raffle
When: 25th March – 1st April
We will start asking for donations for our Easter Raffle in the next few weeks - anything and everything Easter is welcome! Raffle tickets (books of 15) will be sent home 2-3 weeks prior to Easter. Raffle prizes to be dropped to the classrooms in the last week of term.
Hot Cross Bun Day
When: 1 April
Hot Cross Bun Day is a delicious fundraising event in Term 1. You will be able to order hot cross buns for your child/ren for lunch and they will be delivered to their classroom.
Gluten Free & Fruit Free options will be available.
Orders close: 5pm Wednesday 25th March.
