Lower Primary Years
We have had an incredible start to the year. Our new prep students have adapted well to the school routines. It has been wonderful to see them develop their confidence and independence in waving goodbye to families at the gate, before navigating their way to the classrooms...Way to go Preps!
Ramadan and EID - we have had staff and students observing Ramadan and EID this term. In class students have been learning about what Ramadan is and how people celebrate EID, including Henna art and cultural feasts.
Harmony Day - staff and students celebrated Harmony Day by either wearing the colour orange or wearing cultural dress from their country. We invite families to join in some of our activities in classrooms and shared our learning with them. Thank you to all the families who came to join us in Peppermint.
EASTER - We would like to wish all our families a safe and happy Easter break. Enjoy some family time together and we look forward to seeing you all back fresh in Term 2.
Farewell - We say a farewell and best wishes to our lovely ES Shani, as she leaves for maternity leave and begins her family. We wish Shani and Jackson all the best as new parents.
