New Staff

Please help us welcome the following new staff to our community.

Mr Craig Kupke

Craig Kupke joins Endeavour College as our Head of Primary School, bringing extensive experience in Lutheran education across South Australia, Western Australia and, most recently, Victoria, where he served as Head of Primary School at Lakeside College in Pakenham.

Craig was drawn to Endeavour College by the opportunity to help establish a Junior School within a well-established College grounded in strong values, quality education and student growth. He is excited to play a key role in shaping a learning community where students can thrive academically, socially and in faith, and is particularly passionate about the opportunities an R–12 environment provides for students and families.

With a background spanning classroom teaching, Primary Physical Education and leadership roles including Head of School and Principal, Craig brings both experience and enthusiasm to the role. He especially enjoys working with primary-aged students because of their curiosity, spontaneity and eagerness to learn.

Outside of school, Craig enjoys gardening, golf and watching sport, often cheering on his children on weekends or supporting the Crows, Strikers and the Australian cricket team. He is also looking forward to returning to South Australia and reconnecting with the relaxed lifestyle the state offers.
