ART MATTERS

The Who’s Who Portrait Prize is on again and is designed to celebrate and inspire young artists by inviting them to create portraits of local or regional identities.

Excitingly, this year Geelong is also hosting the 2025 Archibald Prize, which opened on the weekend. Our staff will be attending an Educators’ Preview tomorrow night.

Exhibition dates: Saturday 30 August – Sunday 9 Nov 2025

Location: Chilwell students have 30 portraits on display at the Geelong Regional Library, right next to the Gallery. As the works were selected by the Geelong Gallery, we will confirm which students are involved tomorrow afternoon when we have a chance to visit.

On Friday 19th September the Cheer Toastie Truck will be attending for lunch.

A separate order is required for each child to assist with timely delivery to each classroom.
