The VET TAFE Taster Day Experience Year 9

On Tuesday all Year 9 students were immersed in a day of sampling various TAFE vocational courses of their choosing. As can be seen from the photos the courses were many and varied.

This excursion was very timely as subject selection commenced the next day at the Pathways Information Evening. This gave students the opportunity with their parents and carers to discuss VET subjects as an elective choice for Year 10 in 2025. Representatives from TAFE, HDSC , RIST and the VET Faculty Coordinator were on hand to answer queries to assist students in determining which courses might best suit their interests.
