Year 2/3 Basketball
This season, the Year 2/3 team said goodbye to two players from last season, welcomed two new teammates, and proudly adopted their new name: Magill Magic. They were placed in a higher division with tougher competition, but rose to the challenge brilliantly.
Throughout the season, the Magic showed tremendous growth, improvement, and teamwork qualities that helped them secure an impressive 4th place finish out of 14 teams.
A special congratulations to David, who not only topped the scoring for the Magic, but finished as the highest point scorer in the entire division.
Finally, a big thank you to Adam and Rhonda for volunteering their time to coach the team this year.

Cricket
A Grade Team’s recent match against Athelstone School. This game was particularly special as it marked the final match for our Year 6 boys playing together for Magill School.
Despite having only six players, the boys delivered an outstanding performance, arguably their best game of the season!
The match ended in a thrilling tie.
Highlights include:
Batting: Amogh and Medhash both scored impressive fifties.
Bowling: Abbas and Reyash each claimed two wickets
Incredibly proud of the team’s effort and the way they showcased their growing cricket skills. It’s been wonderful to see their development throughout the season.
