Grade 3

Week of Adventure!

What a week it’s been in Grade 3! Most of our students set off on their very first school camp to Mount Evelyn – and wow, what a time we had!

There were nerves, there was excitement, and there were plenty of amazing memories made. From the moment we stepped off the bus, the fun didn’t stop!

The food was next-level – think souvlaki wraps, pancakes, tacos, chocolate brownies with ice cream, chicken with rice, juicy fruit platters and yes… even marshmallows by the campfire! Yum!

The activities? Just as unforgettable! We soared through the sky on the giant swing and flying fox, showed off our balance on the low ropes course, got creative during candle making, and went exploring on a night walk under the stars.

One of the highlights? A cosy movie night with popcorn to finish off our big days – the perfect wind down (and possibly the loudest snoring ever recorded from exhausted campers ).

And of course, we won’t forget the moment Mr. Peslis screamed louder than anyone else on the giant swing – definitely a camp highlight!

We are so proud of all our brave campers. They gave it their all, supported their friends, tried new things, and made memories to last a lifetime.
