Performing Arts and Community Update

This week, the Main Ensemble completed a full run-through of the production as we prepare for our first whole-school rehearsal next week. It has been wonderful to watch the show develop and see all the different elements begin to fall into place.

We are incredibly proud of all our students, particularly the members of the Main Ensemble, who have enthusiastically dedicated their playtimes throughout the year to rehearsals. Their commitment, teamwork, resilience and perseverance have been outstanding, and their enthusiasm is evident in every rehearsal.

A big thank you also to Jen Brown and the wonderful team of staff and parents who have generously given up their break times and afternoons to help create sets and props. Their time, creativity and support have played an important role in bringing the show to life, and we are incredibly grateful for their contribution.

Everything is looking fantastic, and it was especially exciting this week to begin incorporating some of these special props into rehearsals. Seeing them on stage has added a new level of excitement and made Performance Night feel just around the corner.

The show is really starting to shine, and we cannot wait to share it with our school community. Performance Night will be a wonderful celebration of our students’ creativity, talent and dedication, and a chance to showcase all they have achieved throughout the year.

Please enjoy these photos from our recent rehearsals.
