Principal's Report

Dear Parents and Carers,

What a joy it has been this past week to witness the incredible energy, creativity, and dedication on display across all year levels during our Learning Expos. Our classrooms and hallways were buzzing with excitement as students proudly shared the culmination of their hard work, curiosity, and growth.

From our youngest learners showcasing their first major discoveries to our senior students presenting deeply researched, complex projects, the depth of learning was truly inspiring. The expos gave our students a meaningful platform to practice their communication skills, take ownership of their academic journeys, and shine in front of an appreciative audience.

Having parents, grandparents, and extended family members back in our learning spaces does something magical: it creates a powerful, tangible connection between school and home.

Seeing the pride in our students' eyes as they explained their projects to you—and the matching pride in yours—reminds us all of why these events are so vital. These moments do more than just showcase schoolwork; they fill our community with hope and excitement for the bright futures these young people are building.

"When school and family come together to celebrate learning, we create a supportive foundation that allows every child to thrive."

Thank you to everyone who made this week such a memorable celebration of community and growth!

Planning Week - Week 9

This week, we once again streamlined our specialist program so the classroom teachers can receive a full day of uninterrupted planning in preparation for Term 3.  My sincere thanks to Mr Speranza who has been working with the class teachers in his capacity as Learning and Teaching Leader to assist with planning and preparation for a big Term 3.  My thanks also to our Specialist Teacher team for being so accommodating with this change.
